Getting short-termed when the phase ends
A staffing outfit taking a cut of every hour you work
Running service calls with no backup and no say in your schedule
Your boss finding out you're looking
Three steps. No resume.

Talk 10 minutes
An electrician calls you. We look up your license while you're on the phone.
One interview
With one company that meets the WireHands Standard. If it's not right, we keep looking.
The WireHands Standard. We only send our electricians to companies that earn them.
We look at every company before we send anyone. If a shop doesn't clear these, our electricians never hear about it.
A company gets our electricians only if it:
- Has steady work: the next job lined up on commercial, or a full call board on service
- Pays at or near the going rate for the area
- Hires you direct, on its own payroll
- Has a clean safety record
The number comes first.
Most job ads hide the pay. WireHands ads show the hourly rate and the hours up front, and your Pay Check shows what electricians like you get paid near you, before you talk to anyone.

FAQs
Is this a staffing company?
No. You're hired direct by the company. Their payroll, their benefits. We don't employ you and we never take a cut of your check.
Why is it free?
Companies pay us to find and screen electricians. You never pay anything.
Do I have to take the job?
No. You can say no at any point. Reply STOP to any text and we're gone.
Will my boss find out?
No. We never contact your current employer.
Who calls me?
An electrician, not a call center. The call takes about 10 minutes. We'll ask about the work you've done and look up your license while you're on the phone.
Do you sell my number?
No. Your name and number go to one company at a time, only after you say yes, and never to a list.
Do I have to travel or move?
No. Most jobs are near home. Tell us in the Pay Check if you'd travel or relocate for the right job, and we'll only bring you what fits.
Where do you place electricians?
Anywhere in the US. Each job is near where the work is, and we tell you up front if it means travel.
What work do you place?
Electrical only: commercial and industrial journeymen, foremen, and residential service electricians.
I don't have my license yet. Can you help?
Yes. Choose “None yet” in the Pay Check and we'll point you to the next step: OSHA 10, your apprentice license, and companies that train.
